8 Week Self-Worth Improvement Group
Starting at $40 per session (Cost depending on group size, in person and virtual options)
Discover Your Self-Worth & Build Lasting Confidence
Making Sense of Your Worth is an 8-week group program designed to help adults and youth develop a secure attachment, overcome self-doubt, and build positive self-worth. If you’ve ever struggled with thoughts like “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve happiness,” this program will help you replace those limiting beliefs with truth, self-acceptance, and confidence.
Who Can Join?
This program is for anyone ages 8 and up, with groups separated by:
✔ Children (8-12 years old)
✔ Teens (12-18 years old)
✔ Adults (18+)
Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, you’ll release past negative beliefs, rebuild a strong sense of self-worth, and gain tools to maintain these positive changes for life.
